Embroidered over a handwoven vicuña textile woven by the artist's grandmother, an Aymara weaver from Puno, this work reflects on Peru's political divisions and the persistence of colonial narratives. Through the intervention of an inherited textile, the project considers territory not only as geography but as a material archive of memory, language, and Indigenous continuity.
